Everything was great. The room was spacious for a person, shinny and clean. I loved the bed. It was cozy and really comfortable. Moreover, there were lots of storage facilities so all my books, clothes e.t.c. were tidy. The private bathroom was really important as well (toilette was at the ground floor but that wasn't a problem for me) and the fact there was constantly hot water was perfect, too. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and fully equipped (washing machine for clothes+diches, dryer e.t.c.) An other important thing was that house is near the bus stop so it's not difficult to go to the city center (just take into consideration that the last bus departs around 00.30). There is also a pharmacy nearby and a carrefur market. Furthermore you would love Citadelle park which you can reach after a short walk of 5 minutes. To sum up I loved my stay there. The only thing I would prefer to be different is the rule "do not prepare meals after 7 pm".
